Shooting at Bayfair Result of Suicide, Police Say

A man took his life at Bayfair mall on Sunday, police told the Contra Costa Times.
The shooting, which happened between 6 and 7 p.m., left the one man dead, the Contra Costa Times Reports. A San Leandro Patch reader reported seeing "a body bag, two cops blocking the area and some caution tape."
Police did not release specific information on the suicide because of the nature of the shooting, the Contra Costa Times reports. No other injuries were reported.
