BART Service Shut Down Between San Leandro and Fremont Due to Fatality
Passengers headed south on BART from Oakland were stuck on trains for an extra 45 minutes due to a fatality at the Hayward station Tuesday afternoon.
Service in both directions on BART between Fremont and Hayward has been shut down due to a fatality at the Hayward station.
No trains are running past Bay Fair as of 6:26 p.m., according to BART.
Bus service is currently being set up to assist passengers to their destinations, and riders should expect delays of up to 40 minutes.
