BART Releases Photo of Deadly Bay Fair Shooting Suspect

BART police are asking for the public's help in locating a suspect in a fatal shooting that occurred at the Bay Fair BART station on Jan. 19.
Authorities released a photo of 18-year-old Jabrie Bennett on Friday, who BART police have identified as the primary suspect in the slaying.
Bennett is considered to be armed and dangerous. He is described as being 5-foot-6 with a slim build, brown eyes and black hair. His hair is in dreadlocks in the photo released by authorities.

Two other suspects have already been arrested in connection with the crime.
Police believe that at about 12:20 p.m. on Jan. 19, Bennett opened fire on a group of males at the bus-loading zone of the BART station. He shot and killed 50-year-old Kenneth Seets of Fremont, and wounded another innocent bystander. Neither were the intended targets, police said.
