Managing Rental Housing Training Series - Two-night Session

This course will assist owners and operators of residential rental housing in the State of California in keeping up with the changes in laws, regulations and policies promulgated at local, state and federal levels of government.

AUGUST 6th and 7th  - 6 PM -9 PM 
This fast paced, nuts–and‐bolts course is divided into the four major sections on rental housing operations:

  • “Creating the Tenancy”
  • “During of the Tenancy”
  • “Termination of the Tenancy”
  • “Post‐Tenancy” 
  •  Final Quiz (optional)

  • Managing Rental Housing 8th Ed. (NEW 2010 Ed. Book, all supplements & CD)
  • Program Binder and Materials
  • Final Exam
(75% or higher for achievement recognition) Program Certificate of completion recognized for two years
