Update: Shots Fired In San Leandro Saturday Afternoon, No Victims Located

Update, 8 p.m., By Bay City News: 

Shots were fired in the parking lot of an apartment complex in San Leandro this afternoon, according to police. Police were called to the 2700 block of San Leandro Boulevard at 1:21 p.m. after shots were heard there, according to Lt. Luis Torres.

Officers did not locate any victims, but found evidence consistent with a shooting including property damage to nearby building, Torres said. A suspect was last seen heading north on San Leandro Boulevard.

A "shoot-out" took place at an apartment complex in San Leandro Saturday afternoon, according to witnesses.

Shots were fired near the Woodchase apartments in the 2700 block of San Leandro Boulevard. It's unknown whether anyone was hurt.
