Yih-Chau Chang is the Oakland Gun Rights Examiner and Press Secretary for the non-profit, Right-to-Carry advocacy organization, Responsible Citizens of California. He has been featured in news stories from all local news agencies in the San Francisco Bay Area including KTVU 2, KPIX 5, ABC 7 News, NBC 3, The Contra Costa Times, The Oakland Tribune, The San Jose Mercury News, and The San Francisco Chronicle. He has also been out on the forefront of hot-button political discussion in the Golden State as a guest panelist for the Commonwealth Club of California. In addition, his work on Right-to-Carry legislation in California has also been featured on the national level with Fox News and The Los Angeles Times. Mr. Chang graduated in 1998 with a B. A. in American Studies from the University of California at Berkeley.
