Rowena Peñalba, Neighbor

Rowena is an independent, small business management consultant based in San Leandro, CA. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a Master's degree in Business Administration from De La Salle University in Manila.

Rowena has been a faculty member of the College of Computer Studies and the Graduate School of Business of the same university. She has done consulting projects for small businesses in the Philippines and the United States over the past 15 years and has worked with the top management of major companies in different industries, such as financial services (Ayala Life Assurance Inc.), utilities (Manila Electric Company), manufacturing (Atlanta Industries Inc.) and retail (SM Group of Companies).
