Located at the west end of Davis Street, The Optimist Club of San Leandro operates the rifle and pistol range.More Proceeds from the range are donated to youth organizations in the local area. The Club welcomes the general public and law enforcement organizations to use its facilities. <br><br>On various days, portions of the facility are reserved for law enforcement training only. The Optimist Club of San Leandro offers 14 indoor lanes for non-magnum pistols and .22 rifles. Guest may also use a 12 lane outdoor pistol range with the option of 12, 25 and 50 yards to the target.</p> <p>Classrooms are available for rent to individuals who desire to conduct firearm related classes. Class-related range use is also offered. For more information about classroom rentals, contact the range manager at the number listed.</p>
