Leon's Hair Studio

Spotless and intimate, this small salon in a freestanding building that looks like a lovely home from the outside has been in San Leandro since 2004. All that Leon, his sister-in-law, and colleague Susan Goodman do is hair, and 90 percent of the shop's clients are fashion-conscious women. The quiet shop is a couple of doors east of the busy Dutton/Bancroft corner, and has its own parking lot in the back.
