Friends of the San Leandro Creek Meet June 12

Non-profit environmental group meets six times annually and invites public to become involved with its efforts

 

The Frends of the San Leandro Creek will hold a membership meeting June 12 from 7 to 8 p.m. at the San Leandro Main Library in Conference Room C. The library is located at 300 Estudillo Avenue.

The group which has been around since the 1990's and is focused on restoring and improving San Leandro Creek welcomes the public to its meetings and invites everyone in the community to become a member.

You can join the organization by mailing a check to Friends of the San Leandro Creek at P.O. Box 202 San Leandro, CA 94577 or by calling Susan Levenson at 510-577-6069.

Annual membership dues are $1 for students, $5 for individuals, $15 for families, $25 for non-profit groups and $100 for businesses.
