Alameda County Fair Ticket Contest Ends Tuesday

Sign up for your local Patch newsletter and you'll be entered into a drawing for four tickets to the 100th annual Alameda County Fair, set for June 20-July 8 in Pleasanton.

Tuesday is the last day to enter, and winners will be announced Wednesday. 

Just sign up for your hometown Patch newsletter using the form with this story. You just might be one of 20 lucky Patch readers to win a set of four tickets.

Patch will also be at the fair this year on Kids' Free Fridays. Look for the green Patch booth and stop by for fun activities and a chance to win other prizes, including tickets to the Fair's children's carnival and an iPad.

Here are the details about the newsletter sign-up contest:

  • Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, who are 18 and older.
  • Winners will be notified via the email entered on the newsletter sign-up form.
  • To enter, sign up for our newsletter using the form with this story.
  • All entries must be received by midnight Tuesday, June 19, Pacific Time.  
  • You may enter once per email address.
  • 20 winners will be selected in a random drawing to take place June 20.
  • Each winner will receive four tickets to the Alameda County Fair. Approximate value: $40.

if you go to the radio station Kiss FM 98.1 go to the morning show and they provide a link for free tickets into the fair.

It's only $2 on Tuesdays, I think, and $1 on opening day.
