Ventriloquist Show Hits Town June 9

The Corny Crow Show will delight children and families at the Manor Library Branch

 

Ventriloquist extraordinaire, Steve Chaney, and his partner "Corny Crow" will perform during a free show presented at the in San Leandro June 9 at 10:30 a.m.

Tickets to the event are free of charge, but must be picked up in advance from the library.  They are issued on a first come/first serve basis.  You can call the library at 510-577-7971 to learn more.

Chaney has been performing his act with "Corny Crow" for 20 years all over the United States and Canada at festivals, libraries, schools and other family-friendly venues. You can read about the interactive show he presents for young library audiences here.

His appearance at the library is part of the Manor branch's summer activities program for children.  Other events coming up as part of the series include a visit from the Oakland Zoo's Zoomobile on June 20, a Music Movement and Me event July 21 and a Celebrate Your Dreams game and activity party August 7.
