Get Fit This Summer on Short Loop Trails

New brochures available from the East Bay Regional Park District offer suggestions and maps for easy hikes and bike rides

From East Bay Regional Park District -

Summertime is here and if you have been putting off getting in shape for outdoor recreation activities, the East Bay Regional Park District has something new to help you on the path to fitness.

It is now offering two new brochures featuring short loop trails in nearby scenic parks. Most trails are roughly one mile or two in length with relatively minor hills or flat terrain.

These trails are a perfect introduction to getting healthy in the outdoors, walking, biking or taking a stroll with your family.

You can view and print out the Easy Loop Trail descriptions and maps online here.  You can pick up a brochure at one of the park district's visitor centers or send an e-mail with your mailing address to request a brochure to pubaffs@ebparks.org.
