San Leandro Unified School District board of directors will look at their monetary and legal options at a meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday after the State Supreme Court declined to review a lower court's ruling deemed a similar parcel tax for Alameda schools illegal for taxing property owners at varied rates, The Daily Review reports.
