July 7 Golf Tournament Benefits School Music Programs
Lenny Williams Golf Classic will be played at San Leandro's Monarch Bay Golf Club Tony Lema Course
The Fifth Annual Lenny Williams Golf Classic, a benefit for keeping music alive in the San Leandro Unified School District, will be held July 7 at the Tony Lema Course.
The Keep Music Rockin Foundation will benefit from the event. The non-profit organization, operated completely by volunteers, raises funds to restore music programs at San Leandro public schools sacrificed by San Leandro Unified School District budget cutbacks.

Check-in for the golf tournament is at 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. and includes tee prizes and a putting contest. At 12:30 to 5 p.m. there will be modified shotgun with start times and at 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. an awards reception, raffle and auction will be held.
