FREE Kidney Health Screening
The National Kidney Foundation is hosting a FREE Kidney Health Screening. You need to have one of the following risk factors:High Blood Pressure, Diabetes, OR a family history (mother, father, sibling) of one of those or of kidney disease.
You will get valuable health information (cholesterol, kidney function tests, blood sugar, blood pressure) AND you will have the opportunity to speak with a clinician. It takes about an hour.
If you have one of the risk factors, come get your kidneys checked out, early detection is CRUCIAL to prevent kidney failure!
