This is a class to teach the homeowner how they can make their house more comfortable and efficient. Residents of San Leandro who take the class are eligible for a free in-home test that pinpoints areas where improvemnets can be made. Homeowners that make a 15% improvement in their "building envelope" can get up to $400.00 of their material costs reimbursed!
