With that in mind, we thought on this week's real estate installment we'd look at the oldest home we could find for sale in San Leandro.
This one is a three-bedroom, one-bathroom house at 373 Dutton Ave. The one-story home in the Estudillo area was built in 1890.
It sits on a third of an acre and is 1,247 square feet. The home is listed as selling for $448,000.
