What's The Oldest Home For Sale In San Leandro?

Check out this vintage three-bedroom home built before 1900.

There's an old saying, "They don't make 'em like they used to."

With that in mind, we thought on this week's real estate installment we'd look at the oldest home we could find for sale in San Leandro.

This one is a three-bedroom, one-bathroom house at 373 Dutton Ave. The one-story home in the Estudillo area was built in 1890.

It sits on a third of an acre and is 1,247 square feet. The home is listed as selling for $448,000.

You can check out other older nearby homes on Castro Valley Patch and Alameda Patch.
