The last day to register for an election is 15 days before election day. For the November election, voters must register by October 22, 2012.

In order to qualify as a voter, you must:

  • Be a United States Citizen.
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Not be in prison or on parole for a felony.
  • Not be deemed mentally incompetent by the law.
