You can have up to two active reservations at a time.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q:  Why are there no available tickets in Discover & Go?

A:  The number of passes available and terms of use are set by the participating organizations. Tickets might not be available for the following reasons:

Museums limit the number of tickets available to our patrons.

Museums restrict the number of passes a cardholder can reserve for a given period.

All tickets are booked for a given period or a museum hasn't released new tickets.

Q:  Can I cancel an active Discover & Go reservation if I haven't printed the pass?

A:  You can cancel a pass that has not been printed by logging into our Discover & Go account and clicking on "Cancel Pass."

Q:  What museums are available for reservation through Discover & Go?

A:  Click here to view the Discover & Go participating venues and offers.

Q:  Who can reserve Museum Passes on Discover & Go?

A:  Access to museum pass reservations is limited to San Leandro Library cardholders who are 14 years of age or older. The number of passes available and terms of use are set by the participating organizations.

Q:  Can I change the date of a Discover & Go reservation?

A:  As long as the passes haven't been printed/viewed yet you can change the reservation.  Once the passes are printed or viewed, then the reservation may not be canceled.

Q:  I selected an incorrect date and I have already printed my reservation, what do I do with the printed pass?  Is there any way I can change the dates?

A:  Unfortunately you are unable to change dates once you have printed the pass.  Please discard the printed pass as we cannot cancel your reservation and make it available to others.  In the future, it is advisable that you check that you have selected the correct date and venue before printing passes.

Q:  Are you limited to a certain number of Museum pass reservations for the year?

A:  Most venues do not have an annual limit per library card number; however, there are some venues that have placed a restriction on the number of times you can use a pass.  You will find details about each pass within the venue information.

Q:  If I reserve a pass that admits 2 adults, can I use it as a single or do I have to include another adult?

A:  The admission number shown on the reserve pass is the maximum number that can go.  If you are an individual, you are free to use a pass for multiple adults.

Q:  How do I get a Library Card?

A:  Please refer to our website for information on obtaining a San Leandro Library Card, or call 510-577-3970.
