The Alameda County Public Works Agency will be repaving the southbound lanes of East 14th Street at 163rd Avenue beginning Friday, March 15 at 7:00 p.m.
The work is expected to be completed by 1:00 a.m. Monday, March 18.
While the work is underway traffic will be restricted to one lane in each direction. So expect delays along this route affecting parts of San Leandro and San Lorenzo.
Motorists are advised to use alternate routes if possible.
But adjacent businesses will remain open.
If you must drive through the construction area please exercise caution and adhere to all traffic regulations.
This schedule may be altered if weather conditions are not conducive to the pavement reconstruction.
Any changes to the construction schedule can be found on the Public Works Agency website at www.acgov.org/pwa.
