The course is free, but advanced registration is required.
Participants will be taught adult hands-on CPR (Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation) and AED (Automated External Defibrillator) use, child CPR and AED use and infant CPR.
This is not a course that provides a certificate of completion. Space is limited and while it is open to anyone, priority is given to those who live within the Alameda County Fire Department coverage area.
This same class will repeat again on September 4 from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Marina Community Center.
To register, call 510-670-5895.
