Learn CPR for Free July 21

Gain life-saving skills during this course sponsored by the county fire department. Sign-up in advance.

 

A community CPR class will be offered by the Alameda County Fire Department on July 21 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the located at 15301 Wicks Blvd., San Leandro.

The course is free, but advanced registration is required.

Participants will be taught adult hands-on CPR (Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation) and AED (Automated External Defibrillator) use, child CPR and AED use and infant CPR.

This is not a course that provides a certificate of completion. Space is limited and while it is open to anyone, priority is given to those who live within the Alameda County Fire Department coverage area.

This same class will repeat again on September 4 from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Marina Community Center.
