Get Ready For City Wide Garage Sale
Only 10 weekends away. Register by May 10. Empty closets, storage units and cupboards now and reclaim your space.
Whatever your excuses for not clearing your household clutter, the City of San Leandro has just removed one of them.
It will sponsor a massive neighborhood clean-up day and citywide garage sale May 19 beginning at 8 a.m.

The deadline to register to participate in the sale is May 10.
The event is designed to keep San Leandro neighborhoods clean and green. Host a garage sale in the morning. The City will advertise the sale for free in local media.

In the afternoon, drop off electronics, appliances, tires, wood, fluorescent lamps, batteries, mattresses and scrap metal at a designated recycling facility.
