First Time Homebuyer Seminar November 3

The City of San Leandro is co-sponsoring this free event

A seminar for first time homebuyers sponsored by the City of San Leandro and the Bay Area Homeowner Agency will be held November 3 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Helen Lawrence South Offices Conference Room located at 895 East 14th Street San Leandro.

A wide array of topics will be covered including how to decide if you should become a homebuyer, aspects of the home purchase process including  homebuyer assistance programs currently available in the region for first time homebuyers, financial considerations when buying your first home, how to work with real estate professionals and tips on avoiding predatory unsafe lending practices.
