Free Family Movie Night in Washington Manor Park

Come watch the Lorax for free at Washington Manor Park

The is inviting the public to attend another in its series of free family movie nights being held at this summer on August 15 at 8:30 p.m..

Come watch the PG rated "Lorax" based on the 1972 book by beloved children's author Dr. Seuss

According to the producer of the film, Universal Studios, "The Lorax is an adaptation of the classic tale of a forest creature who shares the enduring power of hope. The animated adventure follows the journey of a 12-year-old as he searches for the one thing that will enable him to win the affection of the girl of his dreams. To find it he must discover the story of the Lorax, the grumpy yet charming creature who fights to protect his world."

The animated movie features the voices of a number of entertainment stars including Danny DeVito, Ed Helms, Taylor Swift, Rob Riggle and Betty White.

Those attending the Aug. 15 outdoor showing are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs, blankets and snacks.
