Mayor Stephen Cassidy is hosting a Global Access Forum on Friday, May 20, 2011 at San Leandro’s new LEED Gold Senior Community Center from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Attendees will learn about federal financing mechanisms created to increase exports, such as working capital guarantees, loans and export-credit insurance, as well as federal trade resources for identifying new markets. A panel of local business owners will also share how they have used government financial products and resources to increase their sales.
