Other boards and commissions holding meetings at the city council chambers, such as the San Leandro Unified school board, will have the option of using the equipment as long as they provide their own video operator, The Daily Review reports.

The city is looking for those interested to work on a contract basis to operate the camera and equipment during the meetings and has even reached out to students at community colleges.
