City staff is currently developing a Request for Proposal process to select a medical marijuana dispensary operator. They are also analyzing costs associated with oversight of the dispensary to establish the permit fee amount.

Recommendations and approval of these next steps will be presented in June 2014. Applications are not being accepted at this moment. If interested in receiving the RFP when released, please contact City Manager Chris Zapata at czapata@sanleandro.org.
