Bookmobile On The Roll This Fall

Alameda County Library's collection on wheels reaches out into the community paying visits to various locations in San Leandro, San Lorenzo and Castro Valley

The Alameda County Library Bookmobile will be making stops this Fall and Winter at various sites in San Leandro, Castro Valley and San Lorenzo.

The roving library brings books and other media such as DVD's and CD's to pockets of the community which may not have easy access to a permanent library branch. It visits senior housing facilities, apartments, daycare centers, schools and community centers generally on a three week rotating basis.  Patrons can check out materials with their Alameda County Library card.
