A juvenile was struck by a vehicle this morning in San Leandro, a police lieutenant said.
The minor, whose age and gender were not released, was hit near Fargo Avenue and Farnsworth Street around 7:50 a.m., Lt. Randall Brandt said.
That location is near Washington Manor Middle School.
The child was transported to a hospital with injuries that did not appear to be serious, Brandt said.
The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and was cooperating with investigators, he said.
