Why are not more drunk drivers being charged with murder as well? If you are driving impaired and cause a death you should be charged with murder. Why was the young white man who caused the deaths of two women in the backseat of a car a couple of months ago not charged with murder? He killed TWO innocent people. I have to ask because the only person I've seen charged with murder is this young Hispanic man. (rightfully so imo). But why is that?

yes this dumb drunk should do at lease 20 years for killing some one , so what if he was drunk , he knew that he should not have been behind the wheel . but you will see that the courts will let this sick puppy off .
