When the boy pulled away, police say Flores turned his attention to the other teen, “puckered” his lips and tried to kiss him. The second teen backed away

Police say a woman passerby saw what was happening and called the boys over to her, walked them to a nearby 7-11 and waited with them until Flores left.

The mother of one of the boys called police to report the incident. Officers located Flores and placed him under arrest for annoying a minor.

Police Lt. Luis Torres said the "Good Samaritan" who took the boys under her wing and "prevented any harm from coming to them.”
