Three Suspects To Stand Trial In Black Friday Shootings

Accused of wounding a San Lorenzo man in the parking lot of the Walmart on Hesperian Boulevard.

 

Three Oakland men accused of shooting a San Lorenzo man have entered not guilty pleas and will now stand trial for an alleged offense that brought worldwide attention to San Leandro.

Queron Foreman, 18, Detwone D. Watson, 30, and Tony Phillips, 20, have been ordered by Superior Court Judge Gary Picetti  to return to the Hayward Hall of Justice for a pretrial hearing on May 18, according to a San Jose Mercury report.
