Officers also learned that the license Falcon allegedly showed to the car rental company was reported stolen during an auto burglary in Oakland on Halloween when the victim was at a concert, she said.

Falcon told officers her true identity and police found she was wanted on a $10,000 arrest warrant, according to Rosenblatt.
