where was the money at ? when will they be out and start over again .
Fred Eiger October 13, 2012 at 02:50 AM
Excellent work. Now let's check the immigration status of them and if they're illegal aliens deport them.
Richard Mellor October 13, 2012 at 03:48 AM
If their names were Smith, Dawson or Schultz, Fred wouldn't concern himself with immigration. In his myopic view of the world, the US is a white Christian country.
Ken Briggs October 13, 2012 at 03:50 AM
Fred , the police made a POT bust in lake county also in the town of Nice today .
Richard Mellor October 13, 2012 at 03:51 AM
Who knows who he is. It's not uncommon for some of those with the most reactionary backward views to be afraid to identify openly with them.
Fred Eiger October 13, 2012 at 03:54 AM
Now it seems that whenever I open my mouth, I now have this doppelganger out there making sure that I insert in both feet. You should be so lucky.
Fred Eiger October 13, 2012 at 04:54 PM
You're not afraid to open your mouth Mellor. Is the Livermore Eiger one of your hacks?
Fred Eiger October 13, 2012 at 05:42 PM
I hack only for myself.
Fred Eiger October 13, 2012 at 06:31 PM
However, it does beg a question of who the other Fred Eiger is hacking for, given that there are no F. Eigers or Fred Eigers or Frederick Eigers or Friederich Eigers listed in San Leandro-- http://www.ussearch.com/consumer/people-search/names/nationwide/f/eiger.html?adID=204-0000000018&searchFName=f&searchLName=eiger While the nears Fred Eiger lives all the way out there in Dayton, Ohio. So it may be possible that instead of one Fred Eiger posting under a fake name, we may have indeed at least one poster out there posting as Fred Eiger, who may or may not have ties to San Leandro given that there seems to be no listings whatsoever for a Fred Eigher or even an F. Eiger in San Leandro.

What a waste of time and taxes. We need to legalize (not decriminalize) marijuana, and tax it.
Ken Briggs October 13, 2012 at 07:34 PM
city should of sold all that pot so nthat t5he police can do more , after all thecity is broke.now thecity is deeper in the hole . they got to prove who what where when .
Fred Eiger October 14, 2012 at 12:45 AM
And the reason why I am saying that is because I don't like how their names look in this article. If they had American-sounding names, I doubt that they would be in this sort of hassle.
Fred Eiger October 14, 2012 at 05:27 PM
That's is correct Mellor. But, if they spoke with a British Accent I sure as hell would want to check their immigration status to see if I could send them back to Rangoon.
Richard Mellor October 14, 2012 at 06:25 PM
Very funny Fred, it's Yangon now, reverting to the indigenous names before British colonialism butchered the language. Same with Ceylon now Sri Lanka.
Fred Eiger October 14, 2012 at 09:06 PM
Same with Siam, now Thailand. All before British Colonialism brought civlility and modernity to the regions.
Bong Sativa October 14, 2012 at 09:17 PM
Just another indication of the widespread & growing use of marijuana by more Americans everyday. If there wasn't a constant demand for increasing amounts of marijuana no one would be risking arrest by providing it at a handsome profit. Don't worry though because there's still plenty to be had & law enforcement will never be able to reduce the demand or supply.

All i want to know is what are they doing with the money, processed pot and the plants.? All of which could be used. Keep the money, sell the processed pot to pot clubs and finish drying out the rest to sell that's 2 million dollars worth. Making it legal and getting taxes is good but if they do as i said that's way more then they could get from taxes

You forgot the most important money maker---their property. Under federal asset forfeiture laws, property involved in the illegal activity with the knowledge of the property owner is subject to seizure and sale. Grab their cars, houses and everything else that isn't nailed down. That will net more money than the legal authorities knowingly partnering with drug lords and law breakers to make a few bucks that the Feds could show up at any minute and shut down---because it is ILLEGAL and FEDERAL LAW overides state and local laws in this case. Oh and take the cash too!
