San Leandro police have arrested 40-year-old Andre Murphy of Vallejo on suspicion that he broke into a business on the 400 block of Davis Street and took a computer.
The incident occured at 1 am on Friday but was publicly reported today.
According to the police account when they arrived at the scene in response to an alarm they found a window smashed, and Murphy in the vicinity with broken glass on his clothing and a computer in his hands.
Murphy was arrested for burglary.
