Someone, possibly a teenager, supposedly grabbed a second grader at Jefferson Elementary School Tuesday, but the student broke free and told a teacher, according to a news report.
KGO News says parents were informed of the incident through an automated phone call and were told that there will be a meeting next Friday to discuss the matter.
Unknown at this time is whether the grab was made by a teenager, as the second grader told authorities, or an older student at the school, and why the incident may have occurred at all.
