Officials ID Motorcyclist Killed in East Oakland
Angerlo Jackson Jr. was struck by an SUV on May 22.
A motorcyclist who was killed in a crash in East Oakland last Thursday night has been identified by the Alameda County coroner's bureau as 28-year-old Angerlo Jackson Jr. of San Leandro.

Oakland police said Jackson was struck by an SUV at Russet Street and 107th Avenue in Oakland at 7:39 p.m. Thursday. Jackson was taken to a hospital after the crash but succumbed to his injuries there, police said.
The driver of the SUV remained at the scene after the crash and cooperated with police, authorities said. Jackson was apparently speeding at the time of the time of the crash, according to police.
