Northbound 880 at Marina Boulevard Will Be Closed Early Monday Morning
On Monday, Sept. 16, the Marina Boulevard exit will be closed in the early morning.
Northbound 880 at Marina Boulevard will be closed on the morning of Monday, Sept. 16 from 12:01 a.m. to 4 a.m.
Caltrans’ contractor, RGW Construction, will be making minor adjustments to the temporary framework structure that was installed last month for the first stage of Marina Boulevard’s new bridge.
Freeway traffic will be taken off at the Marina Boulevard exit and detoured back onto the freeway at Marina Boulevard. Local access will be flagger controlled, so locals should expect minor delays when trying to get from on side of the freeway to the other. Drivers may encounter the traffic signals at the intersections of Teagarden/Marina and Merced/Marina on the flashing red setting around the time of the full closure hours.
