Each session provides hands-on activities, along with classroom instruction. The Academy includes a behind-the-scenes tour of the Department as well as a police patrol ride-along.

The Academy is limited to 24 students. Interested participants are asked to visit the City’s website and submit an application. Applications can either be emailed or delivered to Lt. Robert McManus. The application deadline is Oct. 18.
