The Hayward Police Department has a pending warrant for accessory to rape on Simons. In September, 2011 Simons solicited two juvenile females in Oakland in an attempt to coerce them into prostitution. Simons transported
one of the juveniles to a Hayward Motel where she stood by while her male counterpart raped the juvenile. The male suspect is in custody. Simons has numerous aliases, and warrants under those aliases.
