Firefighters Knock Down Fire at Hotel in San Leandro

The fire was reported at 11:20 p.m. last night.

Firefighters knocked down a one-alarm fire at a San Leandro hotel late Friday night, according to an Alameda County Fire Department dispatcher.
 
Fire crews responded to a report of a fire in the 16300 block of Foothill Boulevard around 11:20 p.m., the fire dispatcher said.
 
The small fire at one unit of the hotel was put out within five minutes of crews arriving on scene, she said. No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
