Bicyclist with Loaded Handgun Arrested in San Leandro
Jabuar Firch was arrested on Tuesday night.
A bicyclist armed with a loaded handgun was arrested Tuesday night in San Leandro, police said. At about 11:30 p.m., an officer stopped 18-year-old Jabuar Firch, of Oakland, as he was riding a bicycle in the 300 block of East 14th Street, police said.
During the officer's investigation he discovered that Firch was in possession a loaded handgun concealed in his waistband. Firch was subsequently arrested for possessing an illegal concealed firearm, police said.
