Bank of America Robbery: Fourth Robbery in 15 Days

This is the fourth bank robbery in San Leandro in 15 days.

San Leandro police officers responded to a bank robbery at Bank of America, located at 1925 Marina Boulevard, on Tuesday around 9 a.m.

The suspect entered and robbed the bank at gunpoint.

The bank staff cooperated and the suspect fled with the money in an unknown direction.

The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 6’0” tall, about 25-years-old, wearing a hooded sweatshirt and jeans.

“We are hoping someone in our community recognizes the suspect in the attached photograph,” Lt. Randall Brandt stated. “If you recognize the suspect, do not try to make contact with him. Please report your observations to us immediately. The suspect should be considered armed and dangerous.”
