@Jessica: Yes, this was the inmate who escaped. If you click on the hyperlink on his name in the article, it will link you to the original story. These weekly posts are submissions from Crime Stoppers and they ask that we do not edit them so we post them as we get them. @david: the ACSO submission did not include Hoskin's charges but if you click into the original story, we confirmed he was in Santa Rita for robbery charges.
