Police took two burglary suspects into custody this afternoon following a brief search in San Leandro.
Police sent out an advisory at 4:46 p.m. asking the public to avoid the 14900 block of Ebb Tide Street due to the search. Residents of the area were asked to stay indoors while officers conducted a yard-to-yard search for the suspects and used a police helicopter to search the area.
Police cancelled the advisory at 5 p.m.
