Services, Memorial Fund For Woman Killed At Dump

Evangelina "Eva" Macias of San Leandro died after being run over by a bulldozer at the Waste Management facility at the foot of Davis Street.

 

Services will be held Sunday for the 66-year-old San Leandro woman who died Monday after being struck by a bulldozer while working at the Waste Management facility at the foot of Davis Street.

Family and friends can pay their respects to Evangelina "Eva" Macias beginning at 3 p.m. Sunday at Santos-Robinson Mortuary at 160 Estudillo Ave.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Monday at St. Leander Catholic Church at 550 West Estudillo Ave.

Waste Management spokeswoman Karen Stern said Victor Macias and his daughters, Maria and Anna, have set up a Memorial Fund for donations. The account information is as follows:
