Training for this ride has been intense. I've ridden my bicycle more than 3,000 miles since last August. In the last two months alone, I’ve climbed to the top of Mt. Diablo, ridden around Lake Tahoe to train at high altitude, and covered a total of 171 miles in one weekend!

The support from the community has been overwhelming. One of my biggest supporters has been the Principled Academy here in San Leandro.

I cannot say thank you enough to everyone who has already supported me.

If you would like to make a donation, please go to www.tofighthiv.org/goto/drsally. No donation is too small or too large. These funds go to support the San Francisco AIDS Foundation’s prevention and support services here in the Bay Brea. Please help me save lives.

On the professional side, Dr. Sally recently opened her own office after sharing space with another chiropractor. She'll be having a ribbon cutting on June 28th at 5:30 pm -- after she rests up from her ride.
