Boxing Champion Andre Ward Preps For Fight

His personal chef in Dublin feeds the Olympic gold medalist the meals of champions.

Professional boxer, middleweight champion and father of four, Andre Ward, steps into the ring on Saturday to take on Jack Dawson.

Ward, who is originally from Hayward, won the Olympic gold medal for boxing in 2004, is the son of a boxer. He has been undefeated since he started boxing at the young age of twelve. That is 25-0, according to Vibe Magazine.

CBS 5 caught up with Ward's personal chef, Michelle Weiser of Dublin, to find out she feeds the champ before a fight. Chef 'Chell was Ward's neighbor when he found out she was a personal chef and she has been cooking for him since then.

His power meal includes spinach and pineapple. Click here to see how to eat like a champion.

Hey, fight fans: Will you watch Ward? And can you name San Leandro's home grown boxing phenomenon? Sound off in the comments below.
