Monday is a holiday for the United States Postal Service so there will be no mail service on Monday.

All city offices and libraries will be closed.

Trash service for Waste Management for its customers in San Leandro will not be delayed.

If you feel like taking advantage of the Memorial Day sales, you can shop at Bayfair Center from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

To cool off for the holiday, The San Leandro Family Aquatics Center is open for recreational swim from 1-4:45 p.m. starting Memorial Day weekend, according to their website.

Monday through Friday the pool will be open unless the temperature is 60 degrees or below at noon; in which case the pool will not open, the website states. If, at 3 p.m., attendance is less than 15, the facility will close.
